Write down the thought or feeling that’s making you anxious on a small piece of paper. Fold it and place under the candle. light your candle and focus on letting go of your anxieties and release them as the candle burns. Visualize them and feel yourself releasing all of your worries and doubts and let them be diminished.
We recommend burning for approximately 3 hours at a time. Trim wick between uses. Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of drafts, pets, or small children. Candle jar will be hot after burning, so allow the wax to cool completely before handling. Stop use when less than 1/4 remains.
