A simple way to gain clarity on a day when your mind is extra busy.

Take a walk outside ditch the headphones, the music, the podcasts. Find a place that you find peaceful or quiet. It could be your neighborhood, park or nature center. As you walk, take in all the sights sounds and smells. Feel the breeze and the warmth of the sun against your skin take long, deep breaths as your body moves and stretches, notice how the tension eases, the jaw unclenches, and the shoulders relax.
