PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Orders typically take 1-7 business days to process and produce, please keep in mind our production time increases during sales and holidays. Little Shop of Oils is a small business, many our products are made in house.
SHIPPING CARRIER & TIME
Once your order has been processed and produced (see processing & production time above), orders are shipped via first class USPS by default, which varies between 3-5 business days. UPS and International Shipping now available, please see shipping options at checkout.
We suggest selecting Priority/Insured Shipping. Little Shop of Oils is not liable for any lost or stolen packages during transit and it is the customers responsibility to contact the post office if a package goes missing or arrives damaged.
We offer rush orders to accommodate inconvenient occasions, extra rush fee will apply. PLEASE NOTE: Rush orders must be first be approved, email firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED
You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of order being placed. To do so, email us at email@example.com.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be there to receive the package or it is safe to leave unattended. If you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact USPS. Make sure you provide accurate shipping details, as customers are held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email with a link to your tracking number when your order leaves our studio, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact your local Postal Service. If you purchased Priority/Insured shipping you can file a claim with USPS, so they can begin the attempt to recover or refund you for the lost package. You can then contact firstname.lastname@example.org replace your order.
