Wrist: Roll onto wrists, avoiding broken or irritated skin. You can apply it to the pulse points on your inner wrist for a longer-lasting scent.

Neck: Roll onto the sides of neck, just below jawline. Avoid applying directly to throat or other sensitive areas.

Bottom of Feet: Some people like to apply essential oil blends to the bottom of their feet, as the skin there is less sensitive. Roll the blend onto the soles of your feet and massage it in gently, particularly before bedtime for a soothing effect.

Always test a small amount on your skin to make sure there is no irritation.
